In the event you find you need to return a product, please contact us to obtain an R/A (Return Authorization) number. Please include your order number in all correspondence for faster service. All returns must be authorized and pre-arranged with Birdcage Records. Used items cannot be returned.

Addressing Returns:
The address we provide for returning an item may vary depending on the item. Please use only the return address we provide you with in your Return Authorization email.
